“I will take a break until further notice,” Klopp said.
“After seven intensive and emotional years of ‘real love’ it makes sense to digest the uncountable memories before I and my coaching team take over a new challenge fresh and highly motivated.”
With Carlo Ancelotti similarly choosing to take a sabbatical – our options are becoming increasingly obvious – and it looks as though Rodgers will be given another chance.
If we cannot get Jurgen Klopp, then I would give Brendan Rodgers another season to turn it around. Could still be a top manager imo. #LFC

Klopp’s not taking a sabbatical, he’s taking time off in Liverpool to learn the ways of the Scouse. He’s the new @DietmarHamann.

As soon as Klopp got approached by Liverpool, he decided to take a year break. Haha. Coincidence? I think not.

Concerned now about Liverpool, Klopp is taking a break that means he is always on standby regardless so Rogers becomes dead man walking — peter wilson (@palmfanatic) June 1, 2015
Oh, Klopp isn’t coming to Liverpool? I am so stunned by that, really I am. Don’t know why people were so delusional thinking he would.
