Jurgen Klopp’s ability to create a positive atmosphere, to unite the players and get everyone on the same page and implementing his ideas in the same way, has been pivotal to our success so far this season.
The German’s second assistant coach, Peter Krawietz, has described the focus shown towards working together as a team in order for both the players and coaches to learn from one another and, in turn, improve.
Speaking in the latest edition of the official Liverpool FC magazine, Liverpoolfc.com quoted Krawietz as saying: “TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More – that’s what we always stress to them.”
“We’ve tried to create an atmosphere among the squad which is always really competitive. As a team we know that the only way we can reach anywhere is by working together.”
“We try to ‘live’ this in our coaching team, to be a good example of how you can all work effectively as a group. We can have more ideas if we all work together, discuss and find the best solutions.”

The motto ‘Together Everyone Achieves More’ has Klopp written all over it and we love it.
Everyone has bought into the same belief system, which is apparent through the fluidity of our work on the pitch.
The players know their jobs and everyone is prepared to work hard for their teammates. Sounds simple, but this has been crucial to our impressive start to the season.
What better way than for a group of already talented players to improve than by working closely and taking lessons from each other at training.
Everyone shares the same attitude and desire to move forward as a team. Let’s hope this continues to be the case as a gruelling season progresses.
