Jurgen Klopp’s men shouldn’t have any problems fulfilling their manager’s desire to turn an immediate focus to the next game given what a disappointing and demoralising day they endured yesterday.
It was a a defeat to forget but one that exposed the only weaknesses many are fearful of when it comes to this current Liverpool side.
Roberto Firmino’s sudden return to form, however, posed as the shining light in an otherwise dreadful performance with the Brazilian producing two fine finishes to give us a chance of salvaging a win at one point.
He was somewhere near to his outstanding self again and brought the Anfield faithful to their feet as he spearheaded a second half fight back.
Reds supporters didn’t leave his display overlooked either and made sure the forward got the recognition he deserved.
Firmino’s second was like watching Suarez back at Anfield

Firmino was immense today. Has to play centrally from now on. Lallana is out of sorts back in thr front 3, either play him CM or bench him.
