Former Manchester United and Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley shouted his mouth off before Liverpool’s win on Monday night against Watford, but thankfully, lived to regret it.
Not only did we win 1-0 thanks to an unbelievable Emre Can goal, but our German star sat Cleverley on his backside following the Englishman’s ill-advised comments.

“We’ll do Man United a favour and wreck Liverpool’s top-four hopes,” he said at the weekend, but was anonymous throughout the 90 in a match which puts us very close to Champions League qualification.
