Liverpool have positive injury news ahead of the trip to the Britannia tomorrow night.
Emre Can and Dejan Lovren both missed the 1-1 draw with Chelsea, but the German is definitely back in contention to start and the defender has a chance of returning as well.
Jurgen Klopp was explaining as much in his pre-match press-conference, with Liverpool taking on Stoke City at 8pm Wednesday.
Echo reporter James Pearce tweeted his quotes:
Klopp on Lovren: "He will be close. Bit of swelling. He will try to run in a few minutes. Emre Can is back in the squad for sure."

Even more encouragingly, it looks like Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane will return to the team, having been oddly rested for Chelsea’s Anfield visit on Saturday.
Klopp on Mane/Firmino: "It made sense at this part of the season to use the strength of the squad. It's not completely unlikely they will start (v Stoke)."

Most fans would have started the duo against our rivals and maybe rested them against Stoke, but in fairness, we’d have beaten Chelsea without them had Willian’s fluke effort not lobbed Simon Mignolet late on.
We’re currently sixth in the table on 23 points, so a win is vital. Our rivals all have winnable matches, so if we don’t collect three points, they’ll start pulling further away.
