Robbie Fowler gave a good and honest interview after Liverpool 1-1 Everton, yesterday, which mirrored what many fans are thinking after the match.
Our former striker, nicknamed God by the supporters, questioned why Jurgen Klopp rested two of his best players in Coutinho and Roberto Firmino instead of benching them v West Brom midweek.
He could have also subbed them much earlier in the Spartak Moscow game, considering we were taking the abysmal Russians to school.
“I’d have played the strongest team possible. I’m not having a go at the players who played, but play your strongest team and rest players midweek, because this game was more important,” he said.
