Having waited seemingly since June for Liverpool to sign Virgil van Dijk, Jurgen Klopp fielded the £75m centre-back tonight for his debut in the Merseyside Derby.
And in the 84th minute, he rose above everyone else to nod home a winner in front of the Kop.
