There’s some great journalists and great articles in the Liverpool Echo, but this opinion piece by Derek McGovern is one of the worst things we’ve ever read by any sports publication.
And Liverpool fans wholeheartedly agree.

(Video) Mo Salah is embarrassing his team-mates in sunny training sessions
Without any stats or actual evidence to back up his point, McGovern writes that Salah is having a one-off wonder season and that once his goals dry up (which they will) he’ll be a liability in our frontline.
“You can’t question Salah’s goalscoring prowess, not when he’s hit 30 before February is out, but the fear is that when the goals dry up – as they will – Salah will contribute very little indeed,” he says.
We’d perhaps have some time for the piece if it wasn’t for the fact Salah works incredibly hard, creates chances for others, completes dribbles and basically offers plenty every time he takes the field.
And here’s some of the very fair reaction!
How much did he drink before writing this bollocks. He sounds like some old cockney bloke at the end of the bar who’s hammered and thinks he’s hilarious. Still be a bore when he’s sober.

Absolute nonsense.Salah works for the team by tracking back and gets his fair share of assists as well as goals.Have to wonder do some people be watching the same games.
