Xherdan Shaqiri has been impressing in Reds training this week as he was seen showing off his skills during a rondo.
Viewers of the ‘Inside Training’ series, which is on LFCTV GO, were left impressed by the Swiss international’s skills as he kept hold of possession under pressure.

Shaqiri will be hoping for more opportunies to shine in matches over the coming weeks, with the Carabao Cup perhaps a big chance for him. The draw for that takes place later tonight, with all the details here.
As Josh Williams points out in an excellent piece for the Liverpool ECHO, Shaqiri is often used in matches against lesser opponents at Anfield because of Jurgen Klopp’s tactics.
There have not been any of those fixtures yet apart from Norwich City, when the boss went with his favoured three-man midfield, rather than a 4-2-3-1, though with matches against Newcastle and Sheffield United to come in the next few weeks, Shaqiri’s chance could be about to arrive.
