4) Jose Mourinho (Chelsea)
The 4-2 loss to Bradford City in the FA Cup was the only significant blow to an otherwise perfect start to the season. They’re top of the league, in the League Cup final, and through to the last 16 in Europe.
3) Sam Allardyce (West Ham United)
Has taken the Hammers to within touching distance of a spot in Europe, as well as the latter stages of the FA Cup. Considering the pressure he was under at the start of the season, a great effort from the West Ham boss.
2) Mark Hughes (Stoke City)
Hughes has inspired several wonderful results, including wins over Manchester City and Arsenal. He has continued to steadily change Stoke’s style, moulding the team in his own image.
1) Ronald Koeman (Southampton)
Southampton were among the favourites for relegation at the start of the season, but Koeman has defied the odds to lead them to third place in the Premier League. Who needs all your best players…
Fair evaluation.. only unsure about the the inclusion of Rob Kelly. Got to be joking
