The comprehensive Liverpool transfer list – rating 46 players linked with the Reds

Posted by

Juan Iturbe (AS Roma)

A 21-year-old forward in the mould of Lionel Messi. The Argentine has only scored once in the league since joining Roma last year but that has not detracted much of the interest in him from the European elite.

Javier Hernandez (Manchester United / Real Madrid)

Out of favour at United, despite spending the year on loan with the European Champions. Could be available at a bargain price and could be useful rotation option to boost Brendan Rodgers’ options up front.

Samir Handanovic (Inter Milan)

The final goalkeeper to appear on this list. The experienced Slovenian is a somewhat surprising inclusion but he would certainly provide stiff competition for Simon Mignolet, were he to join our ranks during the summer.

Goncalo Guedes (Benfica)

An 18-year-old forward who’s only made six appearances for the Benfica first-team. Nonetheless, he’s impressed with the reserves and the Portuguese youth team and could be a big name for the future.

Nathaniel Clyne (Southampton)

The England international full-back would be the dream replacement for Glen Johnson, should he leave, and would more than help make up for the long-term injury to Jon Flanagan. Is likely to have a lot of suitors.

Dani Alves (Barcelona)

An experienced Brazilian international who is out of contract at the end of the season and yet to agree an extension. If he drops his wage demands then he could still do a great job in the Premier League.
