Liverpool striker Samed Yesil was giving little away when asked about his future this week. We reported yesterday that the 21-year-old was in talks with Fenerbahce over a potential loan move, but the youngster has refused to either confirm or deny those reports.

Instead, the German youth-team international is fully focused on his holidays. As Turkish Football report, Yesil could move this summer, but for now will spend his time in Bodrum on the Aegean coast.

It’s claimed that negotiations are underway between Yesil and Fenerbahce, with the player due to arrive in Turkey in the near future to complete the deal. However, it now appears as if the finishing touches might have to wait until the player returns from his break.
He told reporters: “Talk to my agent about transfers, I am going to Bodrum.”
Yesil joined the Reds from Bayer Leverkusen in 2012, becoming one of Brendan Rodgers’ first signings as Liverpool manager. But unfortunately, he’s been plagued by injury problems ever since, with two lengthy absences restricting him to just two first-team appearances – both in the League Cup.
