Martin Skrtel – 7/10
Our best defender for the second season in a row, it’s hard to imagine where we might have been without the dominance of our powerful and ever-reliable Slovakian, who rarely has an off day. His seven is well deserved.
Raheem Sterling – 6/10
Given the option, Sterling may well have got a seven or an eight for the first-half of the season and a three or a four for the last couple of months. All in all, a six is about right for a player whose biggest issues are still off the field.
Daniel Sturridge – 5/10
To be fair to him, he did well when he was in the team. He outscored all of his fellow strikers despite playing just 12 times in the Premier League and if we’d had him for another ten games we’d probably have made the top four.
