Andre Wisdom has no interest in signing for Norwich City on a permanent basis, regardless of how successful his year on loan with the Carrow Road club proves to be, reports the Daily Star.
The 22-year-old originally joined the Reds academy side back in 2008. He made his first-team debut four years later and has since accumulated 22 appearances for Brendan Rodgers’ side in all competitions, including 14 in the Premier League.
However, this season will mark his third consecutive year away from the club on loan, with the player having already spent time with Derby County and West Bromwich Albion before joining Norwich last month.
This latest deal will no doubt have frustrated him, at least slightly. Having travelled with the rest of the squad for our pre-season tour of the Far East, and with fellow right-backs Glen Johnson and Javier Manquillo having departed in the summer, he must have fancied his chances of getting some game time for his parent club.

Unfortunately for him, Nathaniel Clyne looks well set to be our first-choice on the right side of defence, while the likes of Joe Gomez, Kolo Toure and Emre Can are all capable of providing cover. With Jon Flanagan also due back from injury in the coming months, you can begin to see why Wisdom has been forced out again.
Nonetheless, the youngster remains determined to make the grade on Merseyside, and insists he’ll be back with a point to prove next summer. In quotes taken by the Star, he said: “I have also had loan spells at Derby and West Brom because I know that going out on loan is a big part of the game now.
“I am still young and I am still learning. But the Premier League is very tough so these loans can only help to make me a better player.
“Whatever happens I still see my future as being at Liverpool. But you have to prove yourself at this level and hopefully I can do that here.”
