Alexander Doni (2011-2013)
Another former Brazilian international, Doni made four appearances for us in total, but missed out on a potential FA Cup semi-final appearance against Everton after being sent-off during a league game. Brad Jones got the place instead and took over as our full-time number two. Doni was forced to retire for health reasons in 2013.
Peter Gulacsi (2007-2013)
The Hungarian international – who competes for a spot in the national side against current Liverpool number two Adam Bogdan – never played for the Reds, although he was loaned out by us on four separate occasions. He found a permanent home at Red Bull Salzburg, won the league twice, and moved last summer to RB Leipzig in Germany.
Martin Hansen (2006-2012)
A brief loan spell with Bradford City was Hansen’s only taste of senior football during his time with Liverpool. From Anfield, he moved to Danish club Viborg and then FC Nordsjaelland in Norway, before ending up in Holland last summer. He’s been a permanent fixture in Haag’s side and cemented his place in their history last night.
