The Liverpool fans weren’t pulling any punches on social media this afternoon, as an influx of desperately disappointed supporters took to Twitter to complain about our side’s performance against West Ham.
Manuel Lanzini, Mark Noble and Diafra Sakho scored the goals as the Hammers secured a comfortable 3-0 win at Anfield, while Philippe Coutinho’s red card only made matters worse for Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Five things we want to see from Liverpool before the transfer window closes
Jordan Henderson’s controlling influence in midfield was a huge miss for the Reds, as Lucas Leiva and Emre Can failed to reproduce their fine performances against Arsenal, while our back four was massively exposed yet again.
Dejan Lovren, who has been so much better during the first three games of the season, was back to the same standards of our previous campaign in this one – gifting West Ham their second with a nightmare moment – while Joe Gomez, who has been one of the shining lights so far this season, was surprisingly poor at left-back.
Anyway, here’s what you all made of it…
not surprised by that result, haven’t played well first 3 games and Skrtel and Lovren are liabilities, CB a must before window closes! #LFC

Dont care what we so as long as we stop playing Coutinho & Firmino out wide! Even if it means sacrificing one of them for pace/width! #LFC

Tbh, if we’re honest, 7 points from 4 games isn’t too bad given our form at Emirates & Stoke away + 6-1 last season. #LFC

Lucas is poison. He should have been off instead of Can. #LFC

#LFC it’s time to get a manager that actually has a CV 4yrs and 300mill is enough time for a manger #change

We too predictable! Rodgers has enough resources to sort that out. How many times have we come from behind to win under Rodgers? #LFC

@BillalSkanda: Absolute embarrassing loss for #LFC it is not acceptable losing 3-0 at Home to #WHUFC consequences should follow heavily!

But you need quality either side and behind, our midfield 3 of Milner, Can and Lucas, i don’t expect goals or a lot of creativity #LFC CONT

Subbing off two most creative players on field whil trailing 2-0 clearly clueless by rodgers #LFC

Thw best thing is, we’re playing with 2 wingers who aren’t wingers, yet we loan one of only 2 wingers in the team #logic #LFC

It isnt an old Gerrard’s fault, Balotelli’s fault or Markovic’s fault. Even a 40yr old Daniel Agger would have done better than Lovren

Must say that Lovren for West Ham looks a decent player.
