Teixeira has been in blistering form this term, bagging an offensive 22 league goals in just 15 matches – form that cannot fail to be noticed.
He plays behind the striker as well, meaning he’s racked up these stats without even playing up front.
Shakhtar want £38m says the Echo, but you’d have to expect to pay something close to that for a striker in such form in this day and age.
Hopefully we can reach an agreement.
