Polish international midfielder Piotr Zielinksi has told us that he will definitely sign for the club during this summer’s transfer window.
The media has been full of rumours in the last few weeks, with suggestions that Napoli might hijack the deal being particularly worrying (via Express).
However, according to the Daily Star, the 22-year-old target has given us “his word” that’ll he’ll make the switch to Anfield. They claim he’s just waiting for Klopp’s seal of approval before putting pen to paper – personally, we think that could happen as soon as next week.
We submitted a £9.5 million bid last month, but it’s not clear if that will be sufficient.
