We cannot believe Ross Barkley wasn’t sent off during this evening’s Merseyside Derby after these fouls.
In the first, he fouled Divock Origi for about 15 yards straight and should’ve been booked – but in the second, should definitely have been given a straight red for a horror tackle on Jordan Henderson which could have easily broken our captain’s ankle.
There was a scuffle afterwards, and we’re not surprised.
Mike Dean, who’s known as a card happy ref, bottled the decision in his first Everton v Liverpool fixture.
