That’s what we wanted to see, right?
For the first time since 6 November, Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho, Sadio Mane and Adam Lallana will play together with all four named in the starting lineup for today’s clash with Hull.
It’s the quartet fans we have missed dearly so far in 2017 and the attacking force all fans have been desperate to see.
There were a few surprise inclusions elsewhere in the team with Lucas Leiva starting at centre-back alongside Joel Matip in place of the injured Dejan Lovren.
Emre Can also keeps his place in the starting eleven despite coming under pressure for a run of underwhelming performances in recent weeks. He will be joined in midfield by Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana, who moves back into his deeper role as a result of Mane’s return to action.
Reds fans were pretty excited by Jurgen Klopp’s attacking selection.
