Permanent departures at Liverpool are sure to draw as much interest as the inevitable arrivals this summer and one man potentially on his way out is Ryan Kent.
The winger has been in fine form during his season-long loan spell with Barnsley and has become subject to interest from the likes of Bournemouth, Brighton and Leeds United, according to the Daily Mail.
Kent still has two years left on his contract at Liverpool and earlier this season reaffirmed his desire to return to Anfield in the summer and fight for a first team opportunity under Jurgen Klopp.
While Klopp is likely to give him a great chance to prove himself, the likelihood of new signings means a move elsewhere could be the best option for Kent as far as his need to be playing regular football is concerned.
Interest from Bournemouth and the recently promoted Brighton is sure to catch the eye of Kent as he looks to secure a future in the Premier League. That said, there remains the prospect of him staying with a Barnsley side with the potential to mount a challenge for the play-offs next season.
He has played in an impressive 42 of Barnsley’s 44 league games so far this season, registering three goals in that time.
At 20-years-old, he needs to be playing on a weekly basis and despite his sparkling form, it seems unlikely that he will return to Liverpool.
