Liverpool are interested in signing Bayern Munich’s Arturo Vidal, writes James Nalton in World Football Index.
They claim they’ve been informed of Liverpool’s interest by Chilean sources, following the collapse of our pursuit of Naby Keita.
Vidal provides similar energy and quality in the middle, but at 30-years-old, is eight years the Guinean’s senior.

Vidal would be a superb signing, but we’re not sure Bayern Munich would sell and perhaps most importantly – he doesn’t appear the kind of player Liverpool (under FSG) bring in.
