(Video) Mohamed Salah bags first LFC goal in Prem; shows excellent desire

Saturday’s painfully frustrating draw against Watford didn’t pass by without serving as a reminder of just how potent Liverpool’s attacking force is.

On a day where familiar defensive frailties were the cause of much anger, fans were also treated to glimpses of brilliance from a trio of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah- the latter of which scored his first goal in the Premier League for the Reds.

Salah endured a difficult start to the game up against a physical Watford side, but seemed to find his feet after the break to play a key role in inspiring a Liverpool turnaround.

The Egyptian was at hand to win the penalty that Firmino subsequently converted to level things up at 2-2, before putting his new side in the lead after latching onto the Brazilian’s lobbed effort.

It wasn’t a dream start for the club’s big-money signing, but another early example of not only how perfectly suited he looks in Klopp’s preferred system, but also how quickly he appears to be getting to grips with his new teammates.

Though he’ll undoubtedly score better goals in a Liverpool shirt, Salah’s moment in the spotlight saw him demonstrate an admirable desire to get himself on the score-sheet- something he did throughout the entire game.
