The Citizens are romping to the Premier League title, but have a chance of winning the Quadruple, so are trying to strengthen to ensure it happens.
Aymeric Laporte arrived for £63m today and it’s likely the Algerian flyer will follow tomorrow – before the transfer window closes.
We cannot see any chance of Liverpool becoming involved in a bidding war, although in our opinion, another attacker should have been considered a necessity after loaning out Daniel Sturridge.
