Mohamed Salah’s agent has seemingly responded to recent reports suggesting the Egyptian is planning on rebuffing interest from Real Madrid in favour of extending his Liverpool stay.
The forward’s prolific 36-goal season has fuelled rumours linking him to a move to the Bernabeu, although there has been no evidence to suggest an Anfield exit is on his mind.
In an article by the Mirror, it was claimed that Salah has informed friends he wants to remain in England an that he has no intentions of leaving the Reds.
The likelihood is that the 25-year-old is happy with life at Liverpool, with the main uncertainty surrounding the claims stemming from the mention of contact with those close to him.
Salah’s agent has taken to Twitter to seemingly quash such indications.

It would come as no surprise were Real Madrid to express concrete interest in signing Salah, with the former Chelsea man having asserted himself as one of the top performing attacking talents in world football at the moment.
Having lost Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona in January, Liverpool will have no desire to part with Salah for any fee when the club is so close to mounting a serious Premier League title challenge.
Salah marks the type of commodity capable of spearheading the Reds’ rise back to the top, with the star attraction needed to lure top transfer targets to the club.
Kopites can be confident that the Egyptian will still be around come next season.
