Liverpool and Chelsea could compete for Khephren Thuram, the son of legendary World Cup winner Lillian.
This is according to a report in the Daily Mail, who claims that the 17-year-old is refusing to sign professional terms with Principality club AS Monaco, which will make him available for a cut-price this summer.

The younger Thuram is one of the most highly coveted players in their Academy, and like his father – can play in central defence. However, he’s more adept in midfield and currently shines as a no.6 – where he’s come off the bench on two occasions in the Champions League this season.
He’d likely go into our U23 team initially, if signed, although now he’s had the taste of first-team football – he might prefer a switch where he’s given a more automatic opportunity…
Lillian Thuram won 142 caps for his country, the World Cup in 1998, the Euros in 2000, and multiple trophies with four different clubs.
If his son is half the player he was, any potential buyer will be in for a treat!
