Liverpool’s U23 side, managed by Neil Critchley, will be much-changed next season, with lots of players moving on and several ready to make the step up from Barry Lewtas’ U18s, but last season was one to remember for top-quality strikes.
Goals from the likes of midfielder Isaac Christie-Davies, signed from Chelsea a couple of seasons ago, and Divock Origi, playing to get his fitness up before he made a few vital contributions in the second half of the campaign at first-team level, feature, while the number one goal from full-back Yasser Larouci is a stunner.
