“Nuts” – Ox’s response when asked to describe Klopp is top quality

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jurgen Klopp

Jurgen Klopp is a quirky character, there are no two ways about that, but his players do help to offer an insight when the cameras are switched off.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has described that boss as “nuts” in an interview with BBC Match of the Day, in a joking manner (of course)!

The midfielder actually went on to explain that Klopp is exactly like what we see on the TV – it’s not an act. Ox was asked to finish the sentence “Jurgen Klopp is…” and his response will surely put a smile on the gaffer’s face.

Jurgen Klopp is what you see on the TV screen. Passionate, funny, charismatic and a good coach,he told the BBC reporter.

The German has done incredible things with his squad at Liverpool, since his arrival, with the Reds winning two major European honours this past year.

Klopp’s Liverpool are up against Chelsea this weekend as the Reds travel down to Stamford Bridge on a quest for three points to further cement their place at the top of the table.

So far, we’ve managed to secure five wins from the same number of Premier League games – so let’s hope that kind of form continues, and there’s more silverware to come!
